We are not licensed doctors, psychiatrists, or counselors, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, abusive relationship, or similar emergency, please contact local emergency services or crisis helplines.

2. Eligibility

Our services are strictly for adults. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to provide accurate information for age verification during the booking process.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if we determine that a user is underage or has provided false information.

3. User Conduct and Boundaries

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, users must adhere to the following guidelines:

Conversations must remain platonic and non-sexual. Any content or behavior of a romantic or sexual nature is strictly prohibited and the user will be banned from the platform without a refund.
We use standard pronouns (he/she) during interactions. Requests for special pronouns outside of these will not be accommodated.
Users must not seek or provide medical, psychiatric, or legal advice during sessions.
Harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior toward listeners or staff will result in immediate termination of the session and potential suspension from our services.
Users must not record, share, or distribute any part of the conversations without explicit consent from all parties involved. Otherwise, we will take legal action.

We reserve the right to end any session or suspend a user’s access to our services at our discretion if these boundaries are violated.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions are available for booking through our website’s scheduling system.
Each session lasts one hour and costs $50, payable in advance.
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount for booked sessions.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Limitations of Service

Our services are provided by everyday individuals offering companionship and a listening ear.
We do not use AI chatbots or automated call systems.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, emotional relief, or solutions to personal issues as a result of using our services.
Sessions are intended for general conversation and support. They are not a replacement for professional therapy, psychiatric counseling, or emergency intervention.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the booking and registration process.
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
Accept full responsibility for any activity conducted through your account.
